How Counter Current was born:

If the nature of work constantly changes because industries change, then how can educators possibly keep up and adequately prepare our future leaders? How can businesses get what they need if schools and universities cannot properly train students? Counter Current began out of a curiosity to understand how educators should prepare our youth for a rapidly changing economy. Counter Current exists in order to help educational organizations and those who engage schools and universities to maximize their educational goals.
Based upon sociological research at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, Counter Current has the answer to preparing our nation's youth for the world-of-work and the answer to how the people involved in business and education can best align for an obvious mutual benefit - to enhance profits, to prepare intellectually competent people, to be socially responsible, and to help people lead rewarding productive lives!
